Facebook contests and promotions are a great way to attract new followers and engage the existing ones! But did you know that Facebook promotions and competitions that don’t adhere to Facebook’s strict promotion guidelines can get your Facebook page banned from Facebook?

Facebook has strict guidelines on running Facebook promotions and competitions on business pages.

These guidelines are outlined in the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when creating your Facebook page, but not many of us have actually read them, even though not adhering to these terms and conditions can get your Facebook page in trouble. And you won’t get any warning either! Facebook has a habit of simply removing those Facebook business pages and personal profiles that are not playing by their rules.
