I had a positive experience working with Minna and the Social Media Tribe. They are professional, knowledgeable, and provided clear guidance on social media platforms and best practices. The video and photo shoots were well organised and very valuable.

I highly recommend Social Media Tribe for a professional service, with attention to detail and a personal touch. I work for a school and we wanted a video featuring students and staff on our Year 9 camp. We were introduced to Social Media Tribe when our contracted videographer unexpectedly fell through last minute. Due to a strict timeline for my project, I had very little time to pitch a brief to someone new, ensuring that our time and money that we had already invested wasn't going to go to waste. Minna quickly put me at ease and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. The videographer who attended our camp captured amazing footage, and worked to the brief perfectly. His interaction with our staff and students was professional, but also friendly enough to ensure he was capturing natural footage and genuine moments. To capture everything that a 2 week camp provides and then edit 5 full days worth of footage into a 7 minute video was a huge ask - but they did it! Nothing was too much trouble, they were always quick to answer my questions and reassure everything was on track. They delivered on the project professionally and on time. From the consultation, to the shooting and the editing - I couldn't be more impressed. A truly remarkable video and one that has had our staff, students and families raving.
